These Terms of Use (“Terms”) define the rules governing access to and use of the website
https://www.atlasmedicaljourneys.com (“Website”).
By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Website.
The terms “ATLAS Medical Journeys,” “AMJ,” “we” refer to ATLAS Medical Journeys SARL, which provides coordination and organization services for medical and wellness recovery stays in Morocco.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data.
1. Purpose
The Website is a platform that provides users with information on:
- Medical stays and customized recovery & wellness programs in Morocco.
- Carefully selected healthcare facilities and partner clinics.
- Complementary services to ensure a smooth and secure medical journey.
AMJ does not provide medical care and does not handle payments for medical treatments. We act solely as a coordinator for organizing medical stays.
2. Our Services
AMJ offers comprehensive support for international patients, including:
2.1. Medical Stay Organization
- Assistance in selecting the appropriate clinic or hospital.
- Coordination of medical appointments with partner healthcare facilities.
- Administrative assistance (medical visa applications, translation of medical documents, etc.).
2.2. Recovery & Wellness Programs
- Accommodation in post-treatment recovery-friendly establishments.
- Personalized wellness programs (thalassotherapy, nutrition, esthetic treatments, ).
- Medical and paramedical assistance at home, if required.
2.3. Complementary Services
- Flight bookings and airport transfers.
- Private transportation between medical facilities and accommodation.
- On-site personal coordinator for assistance throughout the stay.
3. Payment & Deposit Policy
3.1. Payment for Medical Treatments
All medical treatments must be paid for directly to the healthcare facility chosen by the patient. AMJ does not process or manage medical treatment payments.
3.2. Deposit for Complementary Services
To secure the reservation of non-medical services (accommodation, transportation, administrative assistance, wellness programs, etc.), a deposit is required.
Deposit Terms:
- The amount depends on the selected package.
- The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the scheduled stay.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other accepted method.
3.3. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted to contact@atlasmedicaljourneys.com at least 10 days before the scheduled stay.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
- Any transaction fees associated with refunds will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Selection of Partner Healthcare Facilities
AMJ carefully selects clinics and hospitals based on strict criteria, including:
- Qualifications and certifications of healthcare professionals.
- International accreditations (JCI, ISO, TEMOS, ).
- High-quality infrastructure and state-of-the-art medical equipment.
- Experience in treating international patients, including translation services and dedicated medical coordinators.
- Strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Patient reviews and testimonials from past treatments.
While AMJ ensures that all partner facilities meet these rigorous standards, we do not guarantee the quality of medical services provided. All medical care remains the sole responsibility of the healthcare facility.
5. Liability
5.1. AMJ’s Liability
- AMJ acts as an intermediary and does not provide any medical services.
- We are not responsible for medical decisions made by partner facilities.
- Healthcare services are entirely the responsibility of the clinics and hospitals.
- AMJ is not liable for any medical complications or dissatisfaction with treatments received.
5.2. User’s Responsibility
The patient is fully responsible for their decisions regarding medical travel and treatment. By using AMJ’s services, the patient acknowledges and agrees to:
1. Providing Accurate and Complete Information
- The patient must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date personal and medical information when requested by AMJ or partner healthcare facilities.
- AMJ is not liable for any misdiagnosis, incorrect treatment, or adverse medical outcomes caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the patient.
2. Medical Eligibility & Consultation with Healthcare Providers
- It is the patient’s responsibility to confirm with a licensed doctor that they are medically fit to travel and undergo the requested treatment.
- AMJ does not assess whether a treatment is appropriate for the patient; this decision is made solely by the medical professionals at the chosen healthcare facility.
3. Following Pre- and Post-Treatment Medical Recommendations
- The patient must strictly follow all medical advice, pre-treatment preparations, and post-treatment recovery instructions provided by the healthcare facility.
- Failure to follow medical recommendations releases Healthcare Provider and AMJ from any liability regarding complications, unsatisfactory results, or treatment failures.
4. Understanding the Risks of Medical Travel
- The patient accepts and understands the risks associated with undergoing medical procedures in a foreign country, including but not limited to:
- Possible medical complications.
- Potential changes in treatment plans after arrival.
- AMJ does not guarantee specific medical outcomes and is not responsible
for the success or failure of treatments provided by partner clinics.
5. Handling Direct Communication with Healthcare Providers
- AMJ facilitates the connection between the patient and healthcare providers but does not interfere in medical decisions.
6. Travel & Legal Compliance
- The patient must ensure that they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any medical travel permits required by their country of residence and the treatment destination.
- Any legal, financial, or immigration issues related to the patient’s medical travel are their sole responsibility.
7. Financial Responsibility
- The patient must make direct payments to the healthcare provider for medical treatments and AMJ does not manage or process payments for medical procedures.
- If the patient fails to make payments to the healthcare provider, AMJ holds no liability for canceled or delayed treatments.
- Deposits paid to AMJ for non-medical services (e.g., accommodation, transportation, wellness programs) are subject to AMJ’s cancellation and refund policies.
8. Medical Insurance & Liability Waiver
- The patient is strongly encouraged to purchase travel and medical insurance that covers medical travels complications, medical emergencies, and unexpected cancellations.
- The patient agrees that AMJ is not responsible for any costs, damages, or losses resulting from medical treatments, travel delays, or unforeseen complications.
9. Indemnification
- The patient agrees to fully indemnify and hold AMJ harmless against any claims, damages, legal actions, or expenses arising from:
- Their own negligence or failure to follow medical or legal advice.
- Any dispute between the patient and the healthcare provider.
- Any direct or indirect consequences of their treatment abroad.
6. Personal Data & Privacy
AMJ complies with Moroccan Law 09-08, GDPR and HIPAA. Personal data is collected only for:
- Managing medical travel arrangements and related services.
- Connecting patients with partner clinics.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (text, images, logos, videos, etc.) is the exclusive property of AMJ or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

AMJ does not guarantee that:
- The Website will function without interruption or errors.
- The information provided is complete or error-free.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of disputes, the courts of Casablanca, Morocco, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
